Update 

In conjunction with the publication of STICKY FINGERS: Managing the Global Risk of Economic Espionage, this website will endeavor to publish timely updates of current Economic Espionage cases covered in the book.  


Update on the Gillette Case:

After he pled guilty, Stephen L. Davis was sentenced in 1998 to 27 months in prison, three years supervised release, and ordered to pay Gillette $1.2 million in restitution.  

He completed his prison sentence and was released from Federal Prison Camp in Montgomery, Alabama, in May 2000.

He continues to make monthly payments to Gillette.
